I have this through work, as my employer wants a secure facility Last year it worked 100% the time.. Over the last 8 months, the receiver stopped working correctly, and Now it's a total pos 💩 Doesn't record anymore, what it might record is intermittent and freezes. Constantly "OFF-LINE" Playback is useless, freezes constantly Live camera feed freezes constantly, and skips frames as if it's playing catch-up. Notified from ZOSI the system needs to be "UpDated" with purchase of a new receiver 🤬

I have six Zosi cameras. The NVR device is constantly disconnecting from the router (LAN). This necessitates constant reboot of the device, which makes it impossible to remotely access the cameras. I have a professional grade router, so that is not the problem, and the cameras were professionally installed. All devices connected to the router have no problem except these cameras. It's very unfortunate that I spent so much money on this product. I will not recommend this camera.

Slow but steadily improving. I've been using the app and cameras for about 5 years now and over that 5 years, it's been slow but the app is becoming more and more reliable in loading video footage remotely as well as navigating recording. The same can be said for their desktop app.
