It works, but has a couple of issues. First, you can't log multiple devices on with the same account and password, you have to create a new account for each device. Second, it logs you out constantly, I'll start the app and then have to log back in, real pain in the butt, I've never had a security system have to be logged in every time you start the app.

Very upset after recent updates on June 10th. App won't open my cameras. My phone says there's a bug in the app. Not sure if uninstalling it will work but I don't want to reinstall my cameras on the app. Way to difficult since the qr code stickers have peeled off. I'm m just not happy.. update after uninstalling the app it works and thankfully it saved all of my cameras without resetting them up

The whole system is below average. The alarm doesnt work properly. I can set it to human detection only and it will still give me motion alerts for the wind blowing. Then when I go to open the notification and see the alert message, it doesn't display until several hours later. Also my device goes offline every orher day and I will have to manually turn it back on and consequently not record anything during that time frame. The customer support sucks and they cant seem to help me with the issues
