Unsustainable & laborious system. I ordered 20+ items in one order. Over 6 days, I received 1-4 SEPARATE deliveries per day, some of only 1 ITEM, min 2 plastic bags each. How is a person meant to avail themselves for 6 full days? Then returning bad quality and wrong items because of their lack of system, you have to log a ticket manually on their website and hunt SKU's in your emails - you can't return through the app, and you have to go in store to exchange, which defeats the point. I'm done.

Great variety of clothing for all budgets, and delivery can be faster than expected. Couriers collect returns quickly. Donwside: A single order can arrive in batches - quite frustrating. The return process is slow as each item must be logged separately via slow chatbot. The generic size chart is inaccurate, causing me to send back all items. No exchanges, only reorders. Well stocked, but overall not a great user experience.

The app is user friendly, efficient for online shoppers, great categorizing of things in it. A few things that could be added to make it better, an option to review products we buy there online, ways to rate the delivery of products, a lock on user preferences on what they need the most, high notification alert on staff us customers have on wishlist and last but no least we need an extra security on the app like an app lock, I know pin is needed for purchase but an App Lock would suffice.
