Ratings and reviews

Very bad app and watch both. I don't want notifications, i don't want that silly icon in the status bar at top constantly that adds no value, and the app doesn't let me proceed unless i grant notifications permission. There's no way to set regular monitoring of SPO2, heartrate monitoring maximum is 5 mins frequency which quite low. No way to customize screens on the watch. Bad app, bad watch.

I encounter some glitches in which I am unable to connect my phone with my phone. As I am out of India and require Indian numbers to connect the Bluetooth, my watch remains ideal here. There should be some options to connect either via mail or other than restricted with phone number only. I don't recommend buying such smart watches that hinder the connectivity .

USELESS app and watch - ULTIMA PRIME; data doesn't sync with google fit well. You need to uninstall & reinstall the app every other day for steps to uodate from the app to google fit. It works for a day or two and then you again have to uninstall & reinstall for it to start working again. It's been 2 months since l reported the issue and the tech tean hasn't got a clue about where the issue lies and how to fix it. Cheap tech and tech team for a not so cheap watch. shameless fellows:-(((
