The watch itself is great. I work construction and have gone through several watches before getting a Carbonex®. It has taken a beating & still functions perfectly as a watch. The app on the other hand, not so great. I've had 2 new phones since getting the watch. Although the Bluetooth through the phone can identify & connect to the watch, the app itself cannot connect to the watch. Pretty much defeating the purpose of it. So a durable watch with a horrible app to support it.

Anyone notice that the company NEVER responds to problems listed in the reviews. Time to look elsewhere. The only way to sync the watch to the phone is to force stop it in the settings on the phone and then restart. It will sync then. There should be a synq feature on the watch and in the phone. I'm fairly certain if the watch syncs at a user specified time most of the user identified issues would be resolved.

The text and phone call notification worked for 2 days. All the settings are correct. Can't figure out how to make it work again without uninstalling app and restarting. Waste of time. Also, get out of bed with 200 steps already. Pretty sure I'm not sleep walking, but I do toss and turn a lot.
