Customer support sucks.. They put numbers to contact incase there is problem with app but when you try to message those numbers, not even one replies.. Put contact support numbers that is active. 👎👎👎

I used this app to pay for mobile prepaid STC. Money got deducted, but mobile line didnt get recharged. Its bizarre. Seems like money has lost. How to report this issue ?
