Misleading. Downloaded this thinking that there is finally a fix to the charging stopping randomly when using chargers that charge when there is a surplus in the system. The app description says it works with any charger (exact words, Oct 2024 ) but in the terms it actually says it only works with 2 types, none of the usual home chargers used in the UK is mentioned. Then, it charges £75 a year to use it, which is also not mentioned.

Extremely frustrating, app loaded but cannot log in and no help provided

What is the point of this? the ENY:1 we have switches off the saved schedules, although it should activate the charge time to start at midnight and charge to 05:00hrs using cheaper electricity, it switches from "ON to OFF" for no reason whatsoever. It has now been over 10 weeks and still nothing done. Other owners of this model have given up on using the cars schedule as it is so frustrating. This is not what one would expect of Honda, maybe as it is made China and not Japan!
