5 Stars for Customer Service rep Fabian, who was knowledgeable, kind, patient, funny, and determined to get my app up and running as I needed. I had encountered the same problems that many other users reported, Bluetooth connection getting in the way of the Wifi connection, etc. and he got that fixed. I also wanted to turn off the Halo Light on the Wallbox unit itself, so that it wouldn't be on all the time. We got that done, too. Out of space, but he did more.

I cannot get over how terrible this app is, particularly for Android. The apple version has more features that the troubleshooting guides reference. The design of the UI suggests that your app is connected to the charger when really it is not; there is no easy way to troubleshoot symbols on the app (and their how-to guide is woefully out of date and using the wrong visuals). Customer service is extremely slow (form submission only, and 24h, still no response). I'm regretting this system.

Terrible app. First of all, you have to login every few days, it won't keep you logged in even if you enable fingerprint. Wifi doesn't work, won't connect at all. Stats don't always work, it's either days behind or completely gone like it is now after updating to latest firmware. Everyday 10 minutes before it starts charging i get an push notification saying the vehicle is not plugged in when in fact it is plugged in. I don't why it's taking so long fix these issues, it seems pretty basic.
