0 star rating . Frustrating verification procedure. I tried for a thousand time to verify my finger prints but it always shown "try again" , "Can't be recognized". Actually their auto capture feature isn't working. When there is a crystal clear image it doesn't click the picture but randomly takes the picture of blurry hand. There should be a button to manually capture the picture. Kindly fix it as soon as possible.

for the last one whole year I'm trying to add my kids school fee in My Favorites but it keeps on giving error 'something went wrong'. There is even no option of 'search' to Education, one has to scroll multiple times to stupidly similar looking icons to find the desired payment type. Even the grouping of payment types is illogical. edit: Still after a few more months 'something went wrong' is persistent! and it seems the funds transfer is done by manually. It takes ages to transfer!

I have been using the Easypaisa application and its Visa Debit Card service for more than a year,and up until recently,my experience was fairly satisfactory. However, what has happened in the past few days has left me extremely disappointed, frustrated,and compelled to write this detailed review so that other users can be aware and the company realizes the seriousness of its shortcomings.Without any warning, notification,or valid reason,my Easypaisa Visa Debit Card was automatically blocked.
