I've had this smart plug for over a year. The app used to work, but for the past few weeks, it will fail to connect more often than not. I have it linked to Google, but even when I go directly to the app and tap the on/off button, nothing happens. It works only when it wants to. It's extremely frustrating. My lights connected through Tuya and Lotus work just fine. I'll stay away from Enbrighten products from now on.

I purchased 5 units of the 12 light eternity landscape lights for outdoors around the house. The lights look fantastic and are super bright. I can customize a light pattern or use one of the pre-programmed patterns on the app. Customer support is very helpful. I used them today because I had 1 light stop working out of 60. The representative on the phone walked me right through the process to get it working again. The lights are wonderful.

Light works well once set up, but after a couple of months, I noticed it was offline. But the light kept working as they were set up. Have a power outage and now I can't get them back on schedule, and get them connected to wifi. I have tried several times to reconnect to my wifi but no luck. So I remove them completely. Heartbroken, they worked for years with no problem, just offline messages, and now they would come on when they wanted to.
