How can I get my money back? All it does is click now. "Smart" Surge Protector can't learn. I've tried EZ-Mode, I've tried Bluetooth Mode and I've tried AP Mode, none of which work. I know how to successfully enter the device in auto fast blink and manual slow blink modes. This app recognizes the device in better auto mode while manual mode is a joke. When the device is found, the app will never advance beyond that. Device Will NOT register to Smart Cloud. Never mind initialization device.

Wow, way easier to use than others, and the product adds to my network(AT&T dual band) so quickly. I love how the app discovers the 4 outlet tap automatically. The independent control of the outlets is a big convenience - and I can set different schedules on each. Love the timer presets.

It installed, it didn't recognize any of my Phillips products, and I haven't been interested enough to review it. I know it does not work on higher 5.1 wifi, and you have to manually add it on your router settings page to run 2.4ghz. There is no seamless connectivity without using more apps to use it. I've got 6.1 BT and 5.1wifi, if you have these products and they use 2.4, this app is not pro and more con.
