Ever since the latest update I'm missing tickets because notifications no longer work. Another issue is that changes made to the status of tickets doesn't show while viewing the ticket, I now need to back out and enter the ticket again to progress the status. All of this worked previously. I have all notifications on in the android setting for this app.

ioffice is not a convenient app to work with. I can't view summaries of the tickets in the system and when I try to view attachments, I get error codes. I use service request on an android.

It used to give notifications when we got a service call but not anymore. Can this be fixed?
