MEDICATION ADHERENCE- In the US Medication adherence is a costly problem with more than 50% of all Americans accidentally overdosing or underdosing, which costs almost 300 billion dollars in avoidable cost to the U.S. healthcare system. The AMA also cited U.S. Census Bureau projections that, by 2030, more than 20 percent of U.S. residents would be 65 and older while the number of potential caregivers ages 45 to 64 would decline rapidly. Remote therapeutic monitoring will become an essential cost effective and reliable means to expand capacity in a health care system.

We have come up with what we believe is a solution, iRemember. IRemember is a medication management organizer with voice audio that will alert you when to take your medication.

• Voice quality audio (a gentle voice reminds you when it’s time to take your medicine)

• An app that is optional to use with your smartphone. The app is capable of being used with the cap of IRemember, or independently to share adherence data with the care team.


VERSATILE-The product has lots of versatility as well. Connect 7 compartments for one week or attach a single compartment to carry in a pocket/ purse. Additional compartments and extend-able pods for large pills or eyedrops can be purchased. The cap is compatible with pharmacy bottles to retain the label information and save time sorting pills.

APP-IRemember’s app can share data with your family, caretakers and physicians. It tracks when you last took your medication, has a refill reminder, and shows your location and battery level.
