cant get to connect and stay connected. its been trying to connect for over an hour. I've contacted the co.pnay and tbe best I can get is 25% refund as they only offer returns on unused and unopened items. oh and you have to pay return shipping. pretty sure mine is defective but I've given up on getting help or returning it even thought it won't connect. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!

They aren't very expensive, but very accurate for tracking and worth buying. I know it's not set up as well as many other apps, but for the price and pinpoint accuracy, it's worth it. And for other reviewers having issues with it not staying open in the background, you need to adjust your phone's settings to allow unrestricted battery use and turn off the battery saver for that app. Any questions, just ask. I also had to uninstall the app I had before and reinstall it. Because it was changed.

The app is simple, BUT I have had nothing but problems. After you initially set up your tags and to them for the first time, and either close out the app or leave it running in the background, the tags disconnect. Then when you try to reconnect to them, it won't connect. Even if you have the tag sitting beside your phone. How in the world are you supposed to use the tags if you can't connect to them?!! There's no way to contact any kind of support to help you either.
