iZurvive provides you with DayZ and Arma 3 maps, lets you place tactical markers (player positions, tents, meeting points,..) on it and automatically shares those markers with the friends in your group - without the need for accounts, a registration or other services! Furthermore it provides a loot-map for DayZ.

Ratings and reviews

The app is missing a few features the website has, and vice versa, but all in all it's pretty much the same experience. I very much wish I could control the size of city names on screen and how many of them pop up, because currently they're way too big (in other words, I wish the effect where more text shows up as you zoom, happened sooner, or at an adjustable rate). Also, the fact that you can't see any fruit trees at all is a bummer. I get FPS impact but maybe make it a toggle?

A lifesaver... literally! I have used this to navigate from town to town, it even across the whole map, it is very accurate and helpful. it is especially useful when driving, as you'd have to otherwise stop the car and get it to read the in-game map, if you've been lucky enough to even find one. the loot tier system is pretty helpful to noobs like myself.

Great app. Very useful for most community maps too. Unlike other interactive maps apps, Izurvive has great icons for locations/poi. And good pin icon for tracking player additions to maps. The only downside sides is the zoom functionality on the phone app, which is limited enough you have to turn off icons to see overlapping areas, and get specific pin point saved onto the map. And sometime the fonts to towns can be lost in all white fonts when using a darkode setting on phones.
