Just installed the Hunter Pro-HC today along with the app. It went extremely smooth. I was a little apprehensive about the small screen but despite my large fingers it was relatively easy to set up the username and password on the screen. The smartphone user interface is well thought out. I am installing a second one tomorrow for a rental. If there was one item that I could wish for, it would be the option to connect an existing power feed to the box in place of the attached power cord.

my controller is CONSTANTLY going offline. ive tried everything, resets, connecting to wifi multiple times, renaming with 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz bandwidth so its "easier" for the controller to find its ways to the correct frequency, nothing has worked, this has been going on for almost 2 years now, ut will stay connected for 5-10 mins and then go offline for hours to days at a time and its getting so old, I've spent hours trying to reconnect reconnect and reconnect some more and signal is high

Just purchased a newly constructed house and Hunter came with the it . HUGE bugs,! I cannot log in to the app. But I can log in on my laptop. The app tells me incorrect password. I cannot connect the module to my wifi at all. Using my laptop is useless! Cannot log on with my app. This is a terrible app .! Instructions to connect should be on a printed form , so no need to constantly use devices. If there are printed instructions, send a link so I can print it.
