Not suitable for people using English. I cannot enter an English name. I don't have a Chinese name. I prefer Shopee because it has English.

There's nothing wrong with the app aside from localization. Just issues with the core e-commerce business. Coupons and products are UX hell. You probably won't save any money 80% of the time. The listing system is like PCHome, where each product may be listed by different vendors but under the same product brand. This is where pricing can be misleading to shoppers. For example, something you can buy "1入" of is cheaper than something that is like a "2入" bundle.

If it had a way to change language to English or Spanish that would be great! Other than that this app has a large selection of brands and items to choose from, if only I could change the language I would have made a few purchases by now. Not sure what to click on because I can't read it's current language format.
