Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

This is the most useless app ever. I would give it zero stars, it's not user friendly, it's almost impossible to use, it didn't process any of the verification forms I submitted and the log in feature is so annoying why can't it just take my fingerprint instead of needing two forms of verification, it's not like it holds any sensitive information because it doesn't work! What's worse is calling for help and it tells you to download this stupid useless app.

Attractive interface, but absolutely zero functionality. Every time I click on a tab - say, to upload documents - I get either an error message or an endless spinning circle. Notifications appear backdated to weeks before they appear and can't be deleted or marked read. I am unable to look up or connect to my case number. And every time you switch to a different window, the app automatically logs you out. I don't know how much the state paid for this, but any amount was too much.

Ever wanted to see and feel what an app from the earliest days of the internet was like? Look no further! Wonky, frustrating, bad design, cumbersome sign in each time you use it, no real time assistance, no way to verify anything you sent even arrived, in short, this is a typical government use of tax dollars - waste as much as possible for sub-par results. UPDATE: 06/05/24 - Gave it another chance. Locked out after trying to input correct Log In info!?! Wants me to start new account?? BS.
