cant even log in, every time i open the app it crashes, had issues registering for my classes. keeps failing to log me in even after an App Update

It needs to change it's unfair financial aid policy for it's sick students. When trying to withdraw yesterday it's financial aid and advising staff was very rude and disrespectful. The first one I. spoke to was trying to hold me hostage to the current classes. Instead of transferring me student advising called me on another line. Gave me a rough time to withdraw. I. did this to other sick students. I started with 4 courses but now I'm not with a balance I cannot afford to pay back.

My experience is that it won't let me get into the app. I have downloaded twice and it still won't let me in. "Unexpected error." Tells me to sign in. I click sign in and it just repeats the "unexpected error" Maybe my phone is too cheap. Maybe it's not even my problem.
