Ratings and reviews

So many bugs in the app. It has a lot of great features honestly. But it all boils down to one major factor it's missing. Reliability. At times i open it up and it doesn't show my data balance no matter how much i try to reload it or relaunch it. There should also be an option to select which number you want to make transactions with if just like me you have two numbers Linked to obe account.

You guys delay a whole lot sending OTP just to log in. it never comes. Fix that let me access my data. I've reinstalled the app several times like this directed and its still the same thing. I've not been able to use the app since the 13th of January 2025. This is beyond frustrating. What can I do at this point? It's about a month and this issue hasn't been fixed. I still cannot log in to my MTN app Edit 11th February 2025 can't log in still

This new update is frustrating. I have been trying to login to the app since yesterday, and it's been impossible. I uninstalled and installed the app again, and it's the same thing. This update just made things very bad, this was not my experience before this update, and now everything is just frustrating and annoying.
