Lightroomを最新版にアップデートしてから、タブレットでプリセットの「アダプティブポートレート」と、マスクの「被写体を選択」が出来なくなってしまいました。[ 何か問題が発生しています]というエラーメッセージが表示される。 Androidのバージョンは11です サブスク契約しているのに、この状態だと出先で編集したい時にとても不便です。 一つ前のバージョンに戻したいです。 この問題さえ解消されれば、使いたい機能がほぼ網羅され、画質の大きな劣化も無く、PCとの連携も良いので、満点評価なのですが。

アップロードしたからなのか、RAWデータが全て見れなくなって困っています。Androidです。全てに赤い警告記号⚠ サポートに連絡しようにも、よくわからない。 追記 教えてもらった通りにサポートフォーラムに報告したが、改善方法はあるのでしょうか。未だに表示されずに不便を感じています。月額を払っているのに、損している感じで嫌な気分です。 追記　4/11現在、全く改善されていません。1枚ずつ選択しないとRAW画像が開けず、毎日大変不便な思いです。

運営さんのアドバイスに従って、キャッシュを削除▶ダメ。ログアウトからログイン▶ダメ。再インストール▶ダメ。そして、何故かInstagramのキャッシュを削除したらサクサク動くようになりました。ストレージが満杯ということはなかったのでなぜ動くようになったのかわかりませんが、他のアプリのキャッシュも関係あるのかもしれません。（20240228）今回の（2/19）アップデートしたら、編集中に落ちてしまうという事象が出ています。アプリ自体は落ちないのですが何もできない状態です。早く直すか元に戻して欲しい（20240227）
