Really bad experience so far ! opened an OCBC account because I was offered by the sales representative and all processed through the aps, but after the funds were transferred to my account, transactions could not be made, and it's been more than a week now I can't make transaction through the apps. Totally disappointed ! please stay away from this apps !

No longer can open this app for weeks. Even after reporting to my RM. Suddenly the app refuses to launch with error suspecting my phone is rooted. I'm using Huawei P30 Pro for almost 5 years and never ever rooted my phone at all. Can't login to the app via another phone either since it's locked to my P30 Pro phone. If this is not urgently solved I'm considering to move my balances and just close my accounts in OCBC soon.

The app blocked because I have Zerotier. No I wont uninstall it, piss off it's my own device. Definitely closing my account after this.
