Ratings and reviews

It's okay, but the Vrbo app has better filters and can sort by price as well as show nearby things on a map. It's also frustrating that we only have a couple of weeks to leave a review. I mean, if we're traveling around, we're not gonna stop from enjoying our trip to leave a review and people need time after trips to get things sorted out. The limit should be no less than a month after the stay, but their limit seems to be 2 weeks.

Love this fun & easy app! Once your account profile is completed within the app, booking a stay is quicker than getting checked in a hotel! I have reached out to customer support and the one lady I spoke with upon answering my call was pleasantly attentive with the entire 27 minute call. It wouldn't have taken near as long had it been a normal guest concern, lol - I wanted to utilize the "pay now & later" option using my credit balance of 1000 as the "pay now"! She helped all she could. ☺️

Their previous split payment system was good. Now it's gone downhill with klarna always showing certain low price then later showing very high price, at switch point might as well pay it full price. If they continue having this system, I'll look for another site for places. Also I do have a good credit score, it's why am even more bothered.
