Ratings and reviews

Having my reservation cancelled for no reason, just 1 month and 10 days before my trip, and not offering the same price on a similar option is a terrible customer experience. Planning a trip takes time and for this one, we are going to our best friend's wedding, but now, all available options are much more expensive than what we paid before! The options I discussed with their support were terrible and very very very far from where we need to stay. I can't rely on Airbnb!

I find it extremely annoying that I cannot use my own phone number for my account. Airbnb says "this phone number is linked to another user" and that I'm the one who's supposed to remove it from an old account. I can't. Because the old user is a random person who I have never met. >.> Normal websites and apps allow you to verify your number by sharing an invoice for the relevant number, and also by verifying your identity. It's ridiculous that someone else can continue using my number.

I've used this app a lot.. It's easy to use & I haven't had any issues with the app or any of the hosts at the places I've booked! I've messed up dates, all kinds of everything when booking & AirBnB have always been super cool & helped me through my mix ups.. I appreciate that it's not only a great app, but the customer service is pretty awesome too!!
