Ratings and reviews

From what I can remember, Coinbase used to be an awesome and intuitive platform foreverything. Crypto, now it's plauged with problems, some of which I'm certain are intentional. Like, why when going to make a purchase, does it automatically convert to payment via bank account, especially when there are already some funds in your account?Also, the font, numbers, and spacing are too large, causing the bottom half of the keys to not display at all on android. Making it EXTREMELY hard to place order

App no longer lets you login after most recent update. Their support page puts you in an endless loop. You call and it tells you to use the useless support page. You cannot email them, again takes you to useless support page. if you try to chat it tells you to Login!! well if the problem is logging in then I guess that's a problem!!!! absolutely the worst and most frustrating app I've ever used. ***update. they responded by telling me to use their useless support page again!!! Useless!

No option to biometric log in when I open the app anymore. It opens my internet browser to log in now, when everything was all in the app before. FYI no notice of this change. Which is sus. Now ads that I can't bypass. Starting to wonder if I updated a hacked app. No email or notice of changes. Scammy, red flags if this is their new model. As soon as I get access again and verify it's legit, I'm moving my account out of Coinbase.
