I used too enjoy my Gumtree exteriance. Now, the following happens: I) can now longer properly search areas outside my own. 2) favourites cleared on their own...yet again. Constantly needing to edit and refresh my notifications as they consistently get wiped. 4) just before my favourites were wiped,I could not clear the notifications on my favourites. Sadly, couldn't give a half star as its not an options

Was a good local app before eBay owned em, now it puts ads & dealership ads before decently priced local ones, has a click algorithm over the ads to try get you to falsely click on ads. Terrible for small phones if you boost your text size in phone settings it cuts off the location and other useful information at the bottoms of ads. Do better eBay inc.

This app used to function as it needed to, but every update for the last 6 months seems to break more and more features. Saved searches don't alert properly, filters are a nightmare and now all my saved searches got deleted

What's new

* Added phone verification on user registration to help keep our community safe. This will also be applied to existing user profiles with no phone number.
* We have fixed recent known app crashes in order to improve the overall user experience.
