The App makes it incredibly easy to add an extra person by mistake with one click and no cancel option. increasing payment by $8 monthly. when you go to cancel, of course you aren't able through the app, you have to go to the website. So I did, and I still couldn't cancel that extra person until I finished setting it up with a name and email. I had to reach out to customer service to cancel and get a refund. As a 9 year customer, this is truly unacceptable.

No matter what setting you set up, this app will NOT play HD or 4K content. You will, at best, get maybe 720p. It is a blurry mess. This is also at all times. I have had 5G network, a premium subscription to Netflix and 1Gbps WiFi for years, and it doesn't matter. I'm stuck with 720p. If I want the HD or 4K content, I have to be watching it in my smart TV.

Netflix used to be great but has turned into such a disappointment. I understand their concerns w/ account sharing, but the amount of jumping through hoops and verification you have to go through to just watch TV now is irritating. I travel a lot, so I get the rude "household" warning almost every time I use it now. I'm trying to unwind, not give myself high blood pressure. Not worth the hassle anymore.
