very bad experiance while booking a flight for my family member, the transaction did not appear to go through initially. I waited for some time and then attempted the booking again. Later, I noticed that the booking was completed twice for the same passenger, and two payments were deducted accordingly. My family member has already traveled using one booking; however, there is an additional duplicate booking under the same name. i contacted them they are not giving solution only bad soft skills

they took my money and make fake reservation when I call the hotel they said no reservation for me after many calls, the hotel found my reservation on Expedia. they did the refund from their side. now it is more than 5 weeks and no refund from wego. I am still waiting my refund and there is no way to contact investigating team

very bad experience.... before I used to book through we go it was cheaper and safe... lately, it shows a price at the beginning lower, and when you go to complete the reservation, it becomes a higher price, almost like the official airline, so why I will go with wego!!! not anymore! that's kind of cheating, though. it didn't happen once, I've tried many times the same issue.
