Terrible experience with Wego. On June 4, my husband and I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation, while my mother and mother-in-law had a separate confirmed reservation. Their booking was received by the hotel, but ours was missing completely. We spent hours trying to contact Wego and resolve the issue. This app is very bad. Please don't book through this app. They do not properly handle canceled flight tickets and offer no refunds. I booked a flight from , to Madurai, but the flight was canceled, and the app shows the trip as completed. I have applied for a refund, but it has been useless. The customer service is terrible; I have already called and emailed, but they still haven't canceled my flight ticket or issued a refund. onther one ticket same

Wego is a terrible app with pathetic customer service. It lacks basic features and is not reliable everywhere. If you book a flight or hotel and face any issues, getting a response is impossible. Their customer care numbers (mostly based in Egypt) never work. ​Don't waste your money and time. Please stay away from this app!
