I booked a flight through this app, but the flight was cancelled. I requested a refund immediately, and it has now been more than four months without receiving my money back. I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting customer support several times, but I have not received any proper response. The customer care service has been unhelpful, and it has been extremely frustrating to deal with this issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing.

No flight change update from the application. Got an email from the airline about flight cancellation and rescheduled the flight, but there No updates in the application. No email reply from the customer service. No response from live chats. Totally worst Application. Please book through the airline even if the price is higher.

Absolutely terrible customer service and false advertising. We booked flights through wego and the booking said cabin baggage included. One day before our flight while checking in we find out we only have a personal item and no cabin baggage. I spent 2 hours chatting with the customer support on the Wego and they kept going in circles and did not help me at all. Absolutely garbage and a scam *Update (14-Jul-26) - I did in fact email them based on their response and did not hear back.
