Don't do it! I tried to buy a parking ticket because I dislike ticket master. They took my money but then sent the ticket to ticket master. They didn't ask but just did it. Never got the ticket, spent hours trying to resolve with costumer service for nothing to show. Had to buy another parking pass ($55) and have to hope I can get refunded. Having to spend half a day getting something I paid for is ridiculous! Have an email option for direct ticket access but no I'm forced to have apps, ough.

I followed the unsubscribe link in my email to a web page with no way to actually unsubscribe from anything. So I downloaded the app in the hope that it would work that way. It does not work. I gave y'all my email to communicate with me about the purchase I made. That should not automatically sign me up (or anyone else!) for marketing emails. I am getting sick of every business out there automatically adding emails to marketing email lists. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. STOP SPAMMING EVERYONE'S INBOX.

Confusing, garbage app and customer service. I tried to buy a parking pass and was charged for two without knowing because the app was freezing and erroring out. The company refused to cancel the extra charge and told me to sell the extra pass if I wanted my money back. The interface is confusing, and I'm not even sure how to do this without losing the pass I need. I'll avoid using Seatgeek from now on knowing their technical failures become customers' problems.
