The app works fine but the whole thing is a scam. I could not attend a show and listed my tickets for what they cost me. It said 'Active' so I assumed they were out there. When I had someone try to search them, they did not show up. I reached out to customer support and they told me I had to lower the price for them to be shown to buyers! On top of that, they take a cut of whatever you sell your tickets for... So there is absolutely no way to make your money back if your can't go to your show.

Worst ticket reseller out there!! Booked a concert ticket a few months in advance, turns out something came up and cannot attend. Unbeknownst to be about this sub-par company, I listed them here. Not only did I lose $100+ on the retail price, Vivid Seats doesn't pay you until AFTER the event. This ridiculous concept is on top of their 10% commission on the sale. Run, don't walk away from this site/app!

The inability to contact customer service for anything demonstrates their lack of concern for customers. I tried sending an email to their "support" department only to get an automated response telling me "The mailbox you have mailed is not monitored". Then at their "contact us" link there is no option to submit an inquiry. I was offered a 20% discount on tickets I was purchasing, and it said the "discount" would be calculated at checkout. Surprise, at checkout I was charged the full amount.
