I'm terribly disappointed. I never had any trouble until the past three days when I couldn't log in. The notification said 'unusual traffic'. When I tried to log in to the website, it was fine. Funnily enough, it only occurred on the app. I've reached out for help through email and/or the contact us form, but none of them have responded. That's why I'm desperately writing this.

I've never had this much trouble with an app much as now. There are many instances of the screen going black and only the subtitles being shown, as well as the quality becoming awful most of the time if your internet isn't sufficiently good. This is a paid service! Why is it so incomplete and prone to errors? Some shows also only have one dub/audio available when there's supposed to be way more. I'm not sure if the problem(s) only lies on my device or if it's just my region.

I'm having problem to login to Disney plus on my Android TV. error Something is interfering with your secure connection to Disney+. You may retry or switch to a different network if possible. I have done on off n plug 🔌 TV I have also uninstall n install Disney+ Also done check ✅ setting in my Android TV. it's still not helpful Please urgently help to assist.
