Ratings and reviews

The overall app and experience is wonderful. I love the convenience of it and there are some wonderful listing's. However some host inflate their cleaning fee on listing's that aren't even worth the price. Some of the places are very dirty and when communicating with Airbnb they take the side of the host majority of the times. Something needs to be implemented to verify the homes for cleanliness and the prices need to be evaluated according to what the property looks like and the location

I've been using the app for years now. always very easy. I recommend taking screenshot of your travel plans, addresses, and entry directions though. Just like any app it only works if you have service, and when you go to the middle of no where like I do, sometimes not having service is THE PLAN! Don't let it be a downside, prepair in advance.

I love traveling with Airbnb!! Getting to stay in a home instead of a hotel room is wonderful, esp when you've worked at hotels for 10+years. Prices are always better than others, but still allow all the same preferences you want for your trip. Hosts are always kind, helpful and responsive. My favorite way to travel internationally or within the US!
