Ratings and reviews

I love the local coverage but too often I find I'm reassigned to a new location when I'm traveling. I'd love to have the app offer a temporary location, with a start & stop date so I won't get notifications for a national company in the "wrong" town. That makes it feel like clutter in my inbox so I don't always open it to check because of that. If it offers this option now I've missed it. Otherwise, I really enjoy the variety of events offered & find it easy enough to register for events.

I would give zero starts if I could. I missed the event that I even downloaded the app for in the first place, because I kept getting error messages about my payment, even though I tried using multiple payment methods, on multiple devices. Trying to contact support just takes you in an endless circle in their FAQ's and doesn't give any proper way to get help. Rubbish.

It's nice having a list of things to do but this app just sucks. When I put in the city I want to be in and it gives me cities literally 50+ miles away. I have to sort through way more irrelevant entries, especially since I live near several bustling cities that would have to be a whole day event if I wanted to drive there. It doesn't sort by distance, so I could scroll through 20+ far away cities and then finally see an event in the city I actually put in the search.
