Groupon offered me a 30% off coupon to download the app. So I checked the coupon when I first downloaded the app, and it worked fine. I didn't know if I wanted to order anything and come back to it later. A few hours later (like less than 5), I go back to use it, and it says it expired. It's on the front page of the app, and in my notifications, showing I have 50 hours left to use it. It's just a lie to get you to download the app. And you can't contact customer support, for anything.

I purchased vouchers for Central Park e-bikes and went to the store to redeem them, but the app kept getting stuck in a loop while loading the voucher screen and repeatedly crashed. The vouchers could not be redeemed, which made for a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The entire process was unreliable and poorly executed. latest samsung on latest android

My husband bought a groupon and when he tried to redeem it, he couldn't get the app to work. Thinking it was his phone that was causing the problem, I bought the same groupon but when I tried to redeem it the app didn't work either. There was no customer support number. I could only chat with AI, and that was no help. I then asked for my money back but they would only give me groupon bucks. I don't understand how the app works when purchasing but not when redeeming it.
