I booked a flight through this app, but the flight was cancelled. I requested a refund immediately, and it has now been more than four months without receiving my money back. I have sent multiple emails and tried contacting customer support several times, but I have not received any proper response. The customer care service has been unhelpful, and it has been extremely frustrating to deal with this issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing.

A very bad experience as you cancel the flight ticket without any reason, however you already took the payment amount two days ago then you refund that amount then tell me to book another ticket with a higher price I won't recommend you to anyone.
