I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible. This is not an issue of McDonald's itself but the app. I got the app, wanted to get my free burger, but due to technical issues (on their side) I couldn't claim it. Got an email back after I contacted them, so they basically said that they can't help me out with a meal. If this is how it starts, I do not wish anyone to face the issues that's ahead later on. Sure it was for free, but it seems more like a scam if you ask me. Good luck to whoever reads this.
