the app is more based on entertainment. you are almost forced to play a game everyday, or you lose progress. hardly any useful information. before you could order in advance, go to the restaurant, scan the order, pay and wait. this is possible anymore. no information about menu content. playing a game looks more important. a great lose of something useful and handy app

Worst experience with an app ever. Offers zero support to log complaints with deliveries, there is only one way communication with the customer, chat options that are supposed to be available are nowhere to be found (app clearly says bottom right of screen has a chat feature but nothing exists). Has no option to track deliveries or contact the store, the email link to track deliveries does not work. I've deleted the app and will not be ordering with McDelivery again.

Password reset does not work. I have an existing account. I do can't remember password even though I'm pretty sure my password is correct. I get an email and then reset link. The link opens the app and then nothing. So you can't login and can't reset password. The help on the app doesn't work as well. They have adverts promoting the app but you can't use it.
