Low quality app. things are all over the place. they use just symbols and assume everyone is already a super expert in obacure symbols uaed for denote waller or appointment or anything. no functionality to search doctor vy name. a random doc who never connects keeps popping up in notifications. waste of money app.

worst user interface. After a minute of opening app , half of the screen gets covered with grey window which says connecting. it's so irritating. if my company has not mandated this app , then I would have uninstalled it in first go.

mfine kindly hire good quality engineering team. It seems like your recent app update has a huge bug. every time u open the app and switch to another app and come back to mfine, then it auto switches to connecting to online consultation and stays in that mode forever. It's a blocker for users
