Ratings and reviews

Not happy with the application. Not able to add even 1 medicine in the cart. it seems like that adding option itself has been disabled. At first I thought it would have been for maybe 1 or 2 products but no it seems like it's for almost all the products under medicines, supplements, ayurveda and other options. it seems that adding option itself has become numb and wallet amount where it can be applied or any filters nothing seems available. Switching to other alternatives. Thank you

I think they need to provide better customer support services. once you get the wrong medicine it is a nightmare to get any customer support person to resolve the issue. no way you can track what happened and what is the status. I have been trying to reach , but they have made it so hard to reach customer support I would think twice before placing any order with them now apart from that prices at the local pharmacy are much cheaper.

Had very bad experience with the app. Have loaded some amount in mfine wallet which got expired in some months and while connecting with the customer support they simply said that nothing can be done. Ideally the amount should be renewed or some notification or mail should be given to customer regarding the expiry date.
