Edit : For how much you have to pay for the premium account it is frustrating that you can't download larger texts, so if my Internet connection isn't good, I can't listen to my text books which is a big reason I pay for this.. I love this app. The only issues I have had are certain larger files, like school text books, will have issues playing despite downloading the file. Other than that it has been an amazing help for reading articles and texts as I study for my psychology degree.

I have tried multiple times to contact support to request a feature and it always tells me that the email is invalid even though the app automatically sets the address. I love this app but it is extremely annoying being shown that I can contact support and it turns out to be a lie. I was trying to request they allow users to get premium but pay monthly rather than yearly, I am a student, I can't afford to just drop $100 out of nowhere, but if I can pay $10 monthly I can actually budget for that.

I've used Speechify for years and loved it, unfortunately the company has decided to prioritize gread over accessibility making the app unusable for anyone not paying for premium. I don't mean the user interface is bad I mean after 5 file uploads you can no longer use the app. It doesn't matter if you delete your past files they still count towards the five.
