This apps very make me disappointed. I already use shopback and then go to other merchants for online shopping but my transaction can not detect. then when I report for missing cashback. Shopback reject it. disappointed ☹️. it happens not only once but more thn once. the other case my cashback already tracked. but they don't want to confirm it. and the status change become rejected. it usually happens. disappointed again 😞😔

I ordered something from Shopee, pasted the purchase link, opened the app, clicked "Shop Now," and completed the checkout process, but nothing happened. I went back to the shop, and my purchase still wasn't detected. I've tried this three times now! I spent over 100,000 rupiah, then over 200,000 rupiah, and finally over 8 million rupiah, but I still didn't get any cashback! I'm uninstalling the app. It's all just a SCAM!

No email feedback feature, only Bot. Hence, either your problem falls within Shopbacksg's predetermined categories, or you are undone with no solutions. The use of A.I. is unavoidable but this is not customer oriented. Let me guess... Shopbacksg replies me either a perfunctory "Thank you for your feedback. We will work on it"? My issue is still not solved.
