I've been using this app for about a month, and the options are good. However, my main issue, and I think that of many others, is repeatedly being logged out of my account or flagged for risk. This makes no sense, as I haven't purchased anything yet; I'm only browsing. Additionally, there is still no option for English speakers; everything remains in Chinese. I have made 2 accounts so far and I've been kicked off both.

Language Barrier and unfortunately, the only language option on the app for me is Chinese. That is expected considering it wasnt original meant for the US citizens use (so i am appreciative of them allowing us access). However, I have been able to use the translator function through Google on both my phone and PC. I will update my review when I have successfully ordered and received items. But I've heard great things

Keeps having you sign in repeatedly then claims their are security risks with your account until you can't sign in anymore (unless you verify using Alipay, or other means which isn't possible unless you are in China). The other method is a phone verification through call which if you can't speak Chinese to know what they're saying, you still can't sign in. Other methods require Chinese ID or passport. You won't even be able to simply browse the app without using personal details to login.
