Disappointing. You can follow all the instructions to a tee and still end up with a rejected cashback with no specific reason - just a generic list of possible reasons. The catch-all of "it's up to the sellers' discretion" pretty much means it's a coin toss whether you'll get cashback. Give it a go if you want, but don't expect much. You might spend more than you normally would because you think you're getting a good deal. Better to buy direct when things are on sale. Just my 2 cents.

I've had legitimate purchases be rejected, and when I try to dispute, I go round and round in circles with the bot without ever being able to connect with a real person. Connecting with a person is not even an option. Will not be using this app ever again. I recommend using the cash rewards app rather than this one. Have not had any issues like this with that app

All along I was login use Facebook. Few days ago suddenly unable to login and after login n verify, all the cashback is gone. But I still receiving email said that my recent purchases cashback is tracked. But the account in app is still showing $0. Can help me with this problem? Chat bot is total useless. Don't help me at all. No option. This post email and Facebook email is different email address
