Turned to garbage - go elsewhere (Aus review) The app used to be great. Everything would be tracked and available. But slowly I noticed certain vendors declining my credits. So I started taking photos and recording videos of my purchases. Still I got declines.... And despite sending proof to shopback, I was told I didn't use the right method or I did something wrong. Yep sure, been on the app for 5+ years and all of a sudden I'm not doing the right thing? Please, don't insult my intelligence.

It is a good saving/cashback app for online shopping 🛍️. I have earn my cashback mostly on booking hotel, and buying clothes & shoes online. With collaboration with Visa, you can earn more cashback, just link your card and pay with Shopback Pay. Yes, it may end with error after paying successfully, but best to check your emaiI. It used to has BNPL but it has been discontinued in our region. Hopefully you can workout more personalisation shopping experience for the shoppers.

I was double charged for an order, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any support. The payment was initially marked as unsuccessful by Shopback, leading the vendor to request a second payment. In the end I paid twice for my order, and Shopback is not responding through any channel (I have emailed them 6 times by now.)
