I doubt if you have a system that is well capable to handle large numbers, scan documents properly. This same document(ID card) rejected several time is the one I've used to open several wallets without complaint. Now if a document is rejected, what else do you need to do? you are supposed to open the verification but alas you locked it and didn't open it again despite severally contacting the customer support. The only good here is how u respond to your customers through emails nothing more!

I'm extremely disappointed with Flipster and their handling of user accounts. My Level 2 KYC was rejected without any explanation or option to resubmit, leaving me in the dark about what went wrong. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no reply or resolution to my issue. The lack of transparency and communication from the app's support team is appalling. It's clear that they don't value their users.

If Zero stars was an option, I'd give it zero. The app doesn't even open regardless of flawless Internet speed and you can't open an account! A hastily crafted digital Frankenstein application strung together with chewing gum and chicken wire that's teetering on the brink of collapse. Don't download this if you don't have to.
