Despite never placing any orders through the Fordeal app, my mobile number was used to bill orders for other users with entirely different names and addresses. I contacted support multiple times, yet instead of taking real action—like canceling the order, issuing a refund, or protecting my personal data—I received only generic apologies and vague responses. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, especially when it involves misuse of personal information. Deeply disappointed.

I'm very disappointed with the clothes on Fordeal. The materials are cheap, sewing and finishing bad, no matter what size you choose it still comes to you small. The pictures doesn't represent the product one receives. It was a waste of money. The shoes in the picture I paid for I didn't even recognize when I opened up the pack. It was TOTALLY different and too cheap for what I paid for it. I mean I've bought things online without seeing them physically and they were on point but these......

I've received my order today and was very displeased and disappointed about the items. Almost none of them matched the picture or the description. The fabric is the worst ever. As for other items, they are way more smaller than the picture. This is the first and the last time to order. I honestly wasted my money which comes from considerable effort. And I already know that my comment wouldn't be taken into consideration.
