About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

Can't even register, server did not respond, and the representation on how to enter mobile number is wrong, it shows to add a dash - between code and number, but a dash - can't b added in the number text field. I just got this far in the app, and then Uninstalled it, kindly fix the issue I will try the app after few months again. Using Nokia 6.1 having android 10, hope my feedback helps.

1.App is really nice however the msgs on incorrect data is not helpful, we always get sonething went wrong messges when adding password or email. 2.Most importantly, it should fetch the data from CNIC record so you should not have fill address info and even if it does the validation of data should be corrected so it pulls the correct msg in order for the user to register completely. 3. Feedback option should be on every screen

Great initiative. Please add following feature requests to you backlog. 1. Suggestions: Please add an option for Suggestions. There are numerous ideas that the users are Keen to suggest for improvements. Positive feedback also helps to grow, fix and improve processes. 2. Statistics: As a citizen, I would like to see some dashboard with statistics of complaints and suggestions logged, how many are resolved, rejected, or in progress. By dept. By district. By province, by city. Also performances.
