Im have tremendous trouble with this company this past week. The money they are holding for preauthorization is not being returned to me. Im having to dispute transactions to hope to get some of my money back. I used to love this app for good prices and making it easy to charge, but since theyve added the holds, Ive just had trouble. A few months back they added an extra fee just for charging with them. They're not customer friendly, and you'll spend you afternoons getting nickle and dimed.

Functional, good app. When unlocking, it temporarily charges up to $50. I understand why this is necessary, but, at a minimum, Chargepoint needs to be able to issue a refund of the money immediately after charging. $50 is not a small amount to hold over the course of a couple business days..... Electrify America does this no problem.

Worst sign up experience I've had in a long time. They send you a 6-digit verification code, except the app only accepts 4 digits and you can't sign up. You have to go to their website to sign up, where you can actually use the 6-digit code. But there, you can't enter a credit card because verification for the credit card number does not work. So skip the credit card on the website, then go back to the app to sign in and enter the credit card there. Are you serious, Chargepoint?!?
