Use our Car Finder to help you narrow it down as per the style, brand or colour of your choice - all of which have been inspected on 150+ parameters. When you find that perfect car, you can check out its features, see the pictures, and look at the car from every angle with the 360 view. Now go ahead and reserve it by paying a nominal refundable fee.
2. Test drive it: Go on a drive, and decide if you’re satisfied with the quality and whether you want to buy it. If you don’t, your deposit gets fully refunded.
3. Payment and delivery: If you want to make this car yours, complete the payment. Here, you can also take care of the paperwork and documentation so we can transfer the ownership to you. The car is then delivered to your home OR you can choose to pick it up from the nearest CARS24 Hub. You now have a new car. Congratulations!
4. 7-day trial or full refund: While we’re sure that you will love the car, we give you 7 full days to drive it, test it to your heart’s content. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked!

Ratings and reviews

The customer service is terrible. They can't answer your questions directly. First, I told them that I will have a representative to test drive the car. But they never said that I had to be there as well. Second, they wanted to take the payment first before getting my preferred schedule. I asked them if my preferred schedule is available and they said yes so I went and made the payment. But when I checked the schedule it's not there. I wanted to cancel my booking for test drive but cannot.

When something sounds too good to be true.. You know what comes next. It took me almost two months to get the car, the defects requested to be fixed during initial test drive were left as is, even though I was promised they would be looked at. Relationship manager had only one task - up selling. Signed for warranty package, only to find out that if I service the car somewhere else the warranty becomes void. And guess what, their service packages are not cheap. Very pushy to get 5 stars.

Very dissapointed with cars24 Forcefully they adding some extra packages becarefull of this pls. If ur car value 30k they are fourcefully adding extra packages like 5k extra This should be optional .even every one paying expensive car value . I had 2020 model nissan sunny test drive with Ashik He is very supportive and guided with a good manner, cleared all my doubt .
