Ratings and reviews

2nd Update: The localization in the observations is outstanding. However, the widgets are now failing. After putting the wide widget on the home screen and setting it up, all it displays is "Thanks for downloading WeatherBug. Please complete the onboarding by clicking on the settings icon." I do that and save the settings, but nothing changes. I used to love WeatherBug, but now it no longer puts the temperature in the status bar and the widget doesn't work. Android 15 on a OnePlus 13.

I've been using WeatherBug for 15 years now, and it's consistently and reliably the best weather app made. I drive a semi for a living and consistently depend it. I use every part of it; the allergy warnings, the traffic cameras, radar weather, even the lightening warnings as I'm often out of my truck tarping my loads. Since I bought it in 2010, it's been the first app I install on my phone every single time I upgrade. Can't say enough good about it.

I love this app but now I have to delete it because this is one of the apps that shares your driving info with car insurance companies (your location needs to be on for this app to work). I am an occasional driver with no tickets and no accidents, and a paid off vehicle. I don't speed (much) and make full stops. I wonder if they can hear me yelling at other drivers? Lol What I pay for car insurance coverage is criminal. Recent rate hikes for everyone is out of hand.
